Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this time window may not be considered.
Claims without proper video proof, edited clips, or incomplete parcel opening evidence will not be accepted.
Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund after verification. Sitara Vastram reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on stated conditions.
